Bloom
Flowers remind us of more than just beauty. They are bright spots in nature and our lives and indicate health, spring and are part of so many of our life events. Whether it is a simple “I am excited for today” bouquet, a wedding bouquet, or a field of wildflowers that lights up a day, flowers give our lives pizazz yet are so simple and lovely. Artworks this month with highlight their existence, organic forms and unbelievable color.

Wild times
Whether here for a day, a month, a year or a lifetime; there is a wildness to this place that stirs us. We slow down for elk herds, pause for a deer to cross, jingle bells in hopes of distanced bear encounters, understand the changing of the seasons when we see the bird in the field. These moments and creatures remind us of a life beyond human existence. Artwork for “Wild times” will depict the animals we exist with and the environment needed to keep us all healthy and alive.

Open spaces
Be it the clouds or the fields. “Open spaces” is about just that. Maybe its an open door, an expanse with perfect light, or the sky showing us we are all in this together, August’s show will highlight artists’ interpretation of openness.

Farm to table
Whether it is before or after harvest, “Farm to table” is a show about food. Incorporating still lifes, the way we cook food, grow food, or buy food this is a show about the stuff that keeps us alive.

Let it snow
A fresh coat of snow is kindof like the landscape putting on its formal clothing. Here in the Tetons we come together to recreate, thrive and survive these colder months that are much more fun because of the snow! The skiing, sledding, snow people and snow clad landscapes are celebrated through artists’ eyes. Whether it is just a little bit or a whole bunch of snow, this artwork will be themed around the stuff.
